yoga is a set of specific exercises that are called poses, combined with the breathing techniques and then there is a chance of  meditation at the end of the session.

benefits of yoga:

It improves strength, balance and flexibility, reduces stress and improves immune and lung function, it can also help with back pain, relief  arthritis symptoms and the best one of all it helps you with relax and sleep better and you will feel more energy and it uplifts your mood.
